VINYL FENCE

We use a premium, high-impact vinyl compound enriched with extra titanium dioxide (TiO2). Unlike standard retail vinyl, our (Coastal-Grade) recipe is engineered to reflect the Texas sun, preventing UV yellowing and maintaining structural flexibility in high-heat and salt-air environments.

A fence is only as strong as its opening. At Triple R Fence, we don't install 'kit' gates that sag or drag. Every gate we build is custom engineered specifically for the high winds and salt air of the Texas Gulf Coast.

The Triple R Standard Gate

Our professional grade standard gates are fully aluminum-reinforced to prevent sagging and warping. We don't use standard hardware store screws that rust and streak; every Triple R Gate is assembled using 316 marine grade stainless steel fasteners. This is the same grade of steel used in high end boat hardware, specifically chosen to resist salt-pitting and corrosion. Paired with our rust-proof D&D polymer hinges, this is the most durable 'standard' gate on the Island.

The Coastal Armor Series: Welded Aluminum Frames

For the ultimate in longevity, we offer our Coastal Armor Series. These gates feature a fully welded and powder-coated aluminum frame for maximum structural integrity. The aluminum frame is then routed to seamlessly accept our premium vinyl pickets. By marrying a welded aluminum frame with our high-impact vinyl, you get a gate with 'bank vault' strength that will never sag or warp.

Structural Post Reinforcement

We don't just rely on vinyl to hold the weight of your gate. Every Triple R gate installation includes heavy-duty aluminum stiffeners inside both the hinge and latch posts. This internal 'skeleton' prevents the posts from leaning or flexing under the weight of the gate, ensuring your latch stays perfectly aligned and your gate swings smooth for years to come.
